1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PerfectNow website (perfectnow.co.uk) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Service

PerfectNow offers a monthly subscription box service. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the stated monthly fee (currently £75/month) on a recurring basis
  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information
  • Receive a curated box of self-care products each month

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will receive your final box for any period already paid. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Waitlist

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee a subscription spot. Waitlist members will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis when new subscription cycles open. No payment is required to join the waitlist.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, journal prompts, and design elements — is the property of PerfectNow and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
  • Submit false information through any form on the site
  • Resell or commercially redistribute PerfectNow products

7. Limitation of Liability

PerfectNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Shipping & Delivery

All boxes ship on the 15th of each month via Royal Mail or a comparable carrier. Delivery times are estimated at 3–5 business days within the UK. PerfectNow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
